Utterly beautiful
The Buildings
Three buildings, each with its own separate identity, but using
consistent detailing and materials to fit into Arlington’s tradition of
red brick and white trim low rise residential architecture.
Building A is the most “European” in feel with an asymmetrical front
façade, simple massing, minimal building offsets and landscaped
entry gardens separated by entry gates to the public sidewalk
features 6 city homes with private patios, 4 flats, and 4 penthouses.
The community rooftop deck has direct views of the Washington
Monument and The Capitol. Building B acts as a transition for the 3 buildings. The Rhodes Street façade shows the centered “grand” entrance while the Rolfe Street side showcases professionally designed and richly detailed community courtyard enhanced by lush landscaping. The ground level city homes have patios while the upper level city homes have private rooftop decks. Building C is the most American of the three designs, with symmetrical north and south facades and a more articulated street face and center main entry. This second smaller building also has 6 city homes with private patios, 4 flats and 4 penthouses and a community deck. From the high 600's FHA/VA financing available |
